Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum:
You cannot leave Madrid without a guided visit to the
Thyssen-Bornemisza. Again in your mini-group, this time we would like
to make a journey through art – starting with paintings
from the XIV century and ending with paintings from the XX century.
Housed in the XVIII century Palacio de Villahermosa, it is one of
the world’s largest and most wide-ranging private assemblies
of European art. Old and young will be delighted with this wonderful collection, now open to the public after years of being held in private hands.
